On 19 February 1994, at about 3:00 a.m., the lifeless body of ANGELITO MANIAOL, single and with last known address at 5271 Star Apple St., Bernardino Village, Santolan, Valenzuela, M.M., was found at an open garage of house # 4439 Rd. 2, BCL Homes, Gen. T. De Leon, Valenzuela, Metro Manila. The Victim was found lying on his stomach, blood oozing from the gaping wound on his head, both hands were tied on his back with a nylon cord and his mouth gagged up with a piece of white colored t-shirt. At about 1:45 a.m. of the same date, the owner of the house, CRISPIN BAJADO y ACUŅA, saw Subject LORETO RODRIGUEZ, FROILAN REYES, NOEL SIMON & DOMINGO ATIENZA in the act of mauling the victim. This case was previously handled by the Operatives of Valenzuela Police Station before it was turned over to the Anti Graft Division.
