Subject JUAN MANALO y CASTOR alias JUANCHO, a resident of Brgy. Ilat South, San pascual, Batangas was charged before the Regional Trial Court Br. 4, Judicial Region, Batangas City with eight (8) counts of Rape. Records shows that Subject JUAN MANALO during four (4) different occassions in the months of May, June and December of 1996, sexually abused his two nieces (ages 7 and 6 years old respectively) who both resides at a house adjacent to the subjects' own while the mother of both child was in the Hospital. Subject is currently at large.
