On 21 April 1993, at about 9:00 P.M., Subjects ELEAZAR J. PEREZ and DARWIN DELOS SANTOS y ATANACIO went to the Mutuc's residence at Blk.1, Lot 6, Phase 1-A, Summergreen Subd., Cainta, Rizal. While inside the house, Subjects brought ERIC CABRAL and EDWINA MUTUC to the terrace and stabbed them to death. MARITES GARARDO was killed inside the comfort room of EDWINA's bedroom while JOCELYN MUTUC was killed inside her bedroom. DANILO MUTUC and REGINA GARARDO, though severly wounded, survive. Subjects ransacked the drawers including an attache case and carted away several pieces of jewelry and money (dollars and pesos) totalling Php 431,700.
