- I have a copy of my NBI clearance, which I applied on January 12, 1990. In June 1995, I was arrested for Damage to Property thru Reckless Imprudence. The case was filed in court and was dismissed in 1997. Presently, I am applying for employment abroad and I am afraid that this case will be reflected on my clearance when I apply for one. Please advise me.
Since your case is already dismissed, this will not be reflected on your clearance. Instead, you will be issued a No Criminal Record remark on the clearance. However, for pending cases, these are reflected on the clearance certificate.

- If I have other problems about clearance, who is the person/s other than the Director to whom I could relay my questions?
